Lexington Health Care Center of Streamwood at 815 East Irving Park Road, Streamwood, Illinois.

It was worsts experience, my mom left in poor condition...over med folks, beware do not sent your love one to this facility!!! They assign 30 pts to 1 nurse, very dangerous... We truly believed that our mother, was given the WRONG MEDS!!! Last 2weeks there, she was not feeding herself, was acting OUT of IT!!! Plus the med list and the meds send to another facility did not match, listen folks med errors can and will either miss up your love one or kill them!! Thank God my mom is recovering from her stay there at Lexington Streamwood..We are planning on getting out case set up an against this place...Plus we had recorded our visits with our mom too!!! caught it all on film, since her discharged date, she has been recovery, is almost back to her self...praying that there's no long term damage from this place...wake up, truly back place!!! they should pay, my mom's stay instead of us!!!
